Peter Deak
director / producer
Peter Deak is a Hungarian film producer and director and the founder of the SYSPLEX film production group. He studied filmmaking at the New York Film Academy and has directed more than 30 commercials while producing and co-producing over 20 film projects.
He is the director and producer of the English-language feature film Silent Zone, released in more than 50 countries and acquired by Hulu (Disney+) in the United States.
Through SYSPLEX he leads an integrated production infrastructure in Budapest including production services, camera rental and post-production supporting international productions shooting in Hungary.
